April 28, 1936 ~ May 8, 2023 (age 87)
Anna Marie was a sister, a sister-in-law, a wife, a mother and a grandmother to military veterans in the Air Force, Navy and the Army. Anna Marie would be delighted to know that Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum will use the contributions in her name to help educate and celebrate future generations.

Obituary
Anna Marie Monzo, 87, of North Versailles formerly Wilmerding, PA was called home to heaven on May 8, 2023. Born April 28, 1936, daughter of George and Elizabeth “Betty” Belchick (Durkay) wife of the late Thomas V Monzo, Sr.
Cherished sister of John (Melissa Howard) Belchick, the late George (Gloria) Belchick, and Karen (Fred) Wenger.
Loving mother of Diane (Frank) Kolesha, Thomas V (Cheryl) Monzo, Jr., Laura (Robert) Perry, Elizabeth (Andrew) Coghe, and Dean (Lisa) Monzo.
Adoring grandmother of 10 grandchildren, Frank Kolesha, Christian (Courtney) Kolesha, Ashley Monzo, 2nd Lieutenant Lucas Monzo, Alexandra (Ryan) Pearson, Stephen Perry, Olivia Coghe, Amanda Coghe, Gianna Monzo, and Lia Monzo.
Three great grandchildren Ellie and Lillian Pearson and Maverick Kolesha.
Aunt Nan to Gina (Carl) D’ Alicandro, James Belchick, Bonnie Weber, the late Scott Weber, Jennifer Wenger, and Nicole (Gavin) Bathurst. Also, Vincent (Camille) Patella, Dina Jackson, Gina (Dan) Latimer, Nicole Patella, Marla (Chris) Holmes, and the late Dominic Monzo.
Anna Marie graduated from Westinghouse Memorial High School in 1954 and began working at Mellon Bank in Wilmerding, PA. When she met and married her late husband Tom in 1961, she became a stay-at-home mom to her 5 children who all grew up on Lincoln Ave in North Versailles, PA.
A special thanks to all the staff at Abode Care Center in Monroeville, PA where Anna Marie spent the last year of her life.
Also the nurses, aides, and Chaplin from Suncrest Hospice, especially Debbie, Jeanie, Caplin Chris, and Chaplin Tara.
Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Sunday from 2pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10am at St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
Everyone please meet at the church. Anna Marie will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, North Versailles.
